Quick and Easy Italian Creamy Salmon Pasta in 15 minutes

This quick and easy ialian Creamy salmon pasta in 15 minutes was one of my favourite dishes growing up! Back in the days, there was nothing better than getting home from school to this recipe and some cartoons. Oh, I miss those days! To this day, it’s still an incredibly popular dish in italian restaurants. The best part is that it is so easy you can just make it at home in no time!

Quick tips:

Do not overcook your pasta – unless you like a mushy mess. Bite it after 8 or 9 minutes and see if the texture is to your taste!

Keep an eye on your cream – you don’t want it to reduce too much, as the whole dish will probably turn offputting. Just like before, keep an eye on it and cook until you get a texture you like!

You can change this however you want – Add herbs, leeks, onions; go wild! Many italians will tell you it is sacrilegus, but I think that experimenting in the kitchen is the best part!

Most importantly – have fun with it! Cooking should bring you joy, not stress! If you get it wrong, I’m sure that the next time will be a lot better!
