Cook your pasta for 2 minutes less than what's indicated on the box in a pot of salted boiling water over high heat.
Roughly chop the salmon.
Coat the bottom of a medium frying pan with some good quality olive oil and set on medium heat and add your salmon. Cook for 1-2 minutes, just enough to give it some colour.
Add the double cream to your salmon, let cook until reduced to the texture you prefer and add freshly cracked black pepper.
Drain your pasta and add it to the salmon and cream pan.
Toss until fully combined, plate up, top with some extra black pepper and enjoy!
